Right of withdrawal

YOUR 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to cancel your purchase, without having to give a reason and without incurring any penalty, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/2673 and the consumer protection legislation applicable in your country.

Please complete the form below. You will receive an automatic confirmation by email once we have registered your request. The return will be processed within the legal timeframe applicable to your purchase.

CIRCUMSTANCES IN WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY

EU Directive 2011/83/EU sets out several categories of goods and services excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. The following sections list the cases that may or may not apply to this shop. Remove any that do not apply to your business.

DIGITAL CONTENT DOWNLOADED WITH THE CUSTOMER’S EXPRESS CONSENT

When you purchase digital content (downloadable files, streaming videos, online courses with immediate access, software licences, etc.) and expressly request its immediate delivery, acknowledging that, in doing so, you forfeit your right of withdrawal, the 14-day withdrawal period no longer applies (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Express consent is given at the time of completing the purchase.

SERVICES COMMENCED DURING THE WITHDRAWAL PERIOD AT THE CUSTOMER’S REQUEST

If you ask us to start providing a service before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, you may still withdraw, but you will be required to pay us a pro-rata amount for the work already carried out (Article 14(4)(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Your express request will be recorded upon completion of the purchase.

CUSTOMISED, PERISHABLE, VACUUM-PACKAGED OR HERMETICALLY SEALED ITEMS

Items manufactured to your specifications or clearly personalised, products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (perishable goods), items sealed for reasons of hygiene or health protection that have been unsealed following delivery, and sealed audio or video recordings or software that have been unsealed following delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal — Article 16(a), (c), (d), (e) and (i) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

ACCOMMODATION, RENTAL, CATERING OR TEMPORARY LEISURE ACTIVITIES

Services linked to a specific date or period of provision, such as accommodation not intended as a main residence (hotels, holiday rentals), car hire, freight transport, catering services and leisure services, such as tickets for events, are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Article 16(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.

Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
